Ric joined the agency in 1979 after working with Buroughs Corp and graduating from Hamline University. Ric has continued his father's tradition of treating others right - as if they are family- which includes the clients, the employees and the company. Ric and his wife, Maureen, have four children and enjoy time together at their cabin. In his spare time, Ric enjoys golfing, traveling, working in his pottery studio, building projects, and committing time to "Soup it Up for Kids".
